H.E Prof. Chheang Ra, Minister of Health, attends the ceremony celebrating the 71st anniversary of the establishment of the Japan Self-Defense Forces. The event was presided over by H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, and H.E. General Chao Phirun, Secretary of State, representing the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense of Cambodia. The ceremony was also attended by distinguished leaders of the Senate, representatives of the Royal Government, the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, as well as members of the diplomatic corps in Cambodia.
