Manila, Philippines: On Monday, 19 October 2026, H.E. Prof. Chheang Ra, Minister of Health, together with the Ministry of Health delegation, visited the exhibition organized by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the Western Pacific Region under the theme “Weaving the Future of Health.” The exhibition was organized with the objective of promoting and strengthening cooperation in the health sector at both regional and global levels.
The exhibition highlighted four key areas in health aimed at responding to public health challenges, including:
1. Digital Innovation: The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and geospatial applications to strengthen public health systems.
2. Immunization: Ensuring health protection throughout the life course.
3. One Health Initiative: Integrating human health, animal health, and ecological systems.
4. Health Systems Strengthening: Transforming data into action to ensure safer care.
